This one-hour session includes:

  • A personalized setup based on the theme of your choice.*
  • A simple smash cake provided by a local baker. (Dairy free & gluten friendly options available.)
  • Up to two outfit changes for your birthday boy or girl provided by you.
  • Client closet available for the cake smash photos with themed outfits, headbands, and crowns.
  • A mix of traditional portraits and cake smash photos.
  • A mini splash bath at the end for your baby to get clean & catch some splashing smiles.
  • Digital gallery you can download your images and share them with friends & family.


I handle all the setup & cleanup so you can enjoy the moment. Cake smash sessions are one of my favorites to photograph, and I can’t wait to capture this special time for your family!

Birthday sessions can be done for ANY age! It's a great way to celebrate a birthday & document the moment to cherish forever.


There are two packages to choose from.

  • Mini session: This includes 30 minutes of studio time, a setup based on the theme of your choice,* one outfit can be worn.
  • Full session: This includes an hour of studio time, two setups (themed & generic), and two outfits can be worn.
  • Digital gallery you can download your images and share them with friends & family.

What do I bring to my cake smash session?

Great question! I provide you with a what to bring at booking. The day before your session you get an email with this information again. I provide the cake & bubble bath. You need to bring 1-2 outfits & a towel to dry off your little one. I'll even give you a bag to take dirty clothes home in!

What do I provide for your newborn session?

I provide themed setups including outfits, wraps, bonnets, headbands, baskets, and totes. You are welcome to bring things as well!

Do I have to order prints through you?

No, your images are yours to order prints from wherever you choose. I just ask that you add no additional edits or filters to my edited images.

Is there an extra fee for a print release?

No, there are NO hidden fees. No fees for additional images either!

How do I get my images?

I deliver all edited images to you on an online gallery. From there you download and save your pictures. I always recommend saving a backup copy on an external hard drive or flash drive so you always have them.

Do I charge extra for additional edits?

No! No hidden fees. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.

Are mini sessions offered outside of the select dates posted on Facebook?

Unfortunately not. I offer mini sessions on Facebook in my mini session group. These are select dates only and do fill up quickly. Mini sessions are short & simple. The amount of images returned is lower than a full session. If you can't make a mini session date you can always schedule a private session.

Do you take payments?

All sessions require a deposit and signed contract to book. You can make payments for your session up until the date of your session. If you booked a mini session through an online link you can go back to that anytime to make payments. No session / wedding will be captured without payment in full.

When should I book my session?

ALWAYS in advance as my books tend to stay full!

Cake smashes I book up to 6 months out. I recommend booking 3-4 months in advance for these.

Maternity sessions should be booked once you enter the second trimester. I like to schedule these around 32-36 weeks.

Newborn sessions should be booked in advance as well. I can't schedule them, but I can put you down. I only commit to a few at a time. So it's important to book in advance & keep in contact with me about your little one's arrival. As soon as they arrive I need to know so I can get you on my schedule.

Do you share client photos?

Yes! I love sharing session images on my website and social media so future clients can see my work. If you prefer your photos to remain private, I completely understand. I do offer a Privacy Option which ensures that your images will not be shared anywhere. Because my marketing relies heavily on my portfolio use, there is a privacy fee if you choose this option.
